Does it cost me anything to use this?
No. Searching, reading profiles and calling a company is free. The cleaning companies pay a monthly membership to be listed, and that is the only money involved.
What does the "documents checked" badge mean?
It means that company chose to send us paperwork — insurance, a licence, or both — and we looked at it and wrote down the date. It is optional. We do not ask any company for documents in order to be listed, so most profiles will not have it, and that says nothing about their work.
So anyone can be listed here?
Any cleaning company, yes. We do not decide who is allowed to work. What we do is keep this directory to cleaning only, so the people who land on it are actually looking for cleaning.
Will you give my phone number to companies?
No. We do not collect it. You call the company from the number on their profile, so nothing passes through us.
What if the company does a bad job?
The job is an agreement between you and the company; we are not a party to it. But tell us what happened — the contact page has our WhatsApp. If a company on this list is not doing right by people, we would rather take it off than defend it.
Why are there so few companies in my city?
Because the platform is new. It grows every week, city by city. If your city is quiet today it may not be next month — and if you know a cleaning company, send them our way.
Do companies pay to appear higher in the list?
No. There is one flat membership price and no way to buy a better position. Ordering is by name.
Do the companies speak Spanish?
Most of them do, and every profile lists the languages that company works in. Many are Hispanic-owned businesses, which is who this directory was built for.
Some listings say "sample". What is that?
While we verify the first real companies, a few sample listings show what a finished profile looks like. Every one of them is labelled, and their phone numbers are in the 555 range reserved for fictional use, so you cannot call them by accident.
